Materials:
- 212 yards of super bulky weight yarn (6 on the yarn weight scale) I used 2 balls of Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick & Quick in “Cranberry”
- N (9.0 mm) crochet hook
- Large Tapestry Needle
- Scissors
Sizing:
- 11 inches wide
- 50 inches long
Pattern Notes:
- Easily change the scarf width by adjusting the multiples of the pattern (see below)
- Change the scarf length by working more or less rows of the pattern.

Merry Making Crochet Scarf Pattern:
- Chain 22 (Multiple of 4 + 2)
- Row 1: dc in 4th ch from hook, 1 dc in next ch, *(1 dc, ch 3, 1 dc) in next ch, skip 1 ch, 1 dc in each of the next 2 ch, repeat from * 1 dc in the last ch.
- Row 2: Ch 5 and turn. Work *(3 dc, ch 3, 1 dc) in the ch 3 sp, repeat from * then 3 dc in 3rd ch of t-ch.
- Row 3: Ch 5 and turn. Work *(3 dc, ch 3, 1 dc) in the ch 3 sp, repeat from * then 3 dc in 5th ch of t-ch.
- Repeat row 3 until your scarf is 50 inches long or as long as you like!
Finishing & Assembly:
- Weave in all of the ends and it’s ready to wear!
