Keep going in this manner, working a corner of two &#8220;clusters&#8221; and a side of 1 cluster (each cluster being separated by a chain 1).&nbsp; Join with a slip stitch to close.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: &quot;trebuchet ms&quot; , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">Note: just be sure there is a ch 1 in between each grouping of 3 dc clusters as you work each round. That is what gives it the pretty spaces in between each cluster and keeps it nice and flat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: &quot;trebuchet ms&quot; , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">Round 5: round 5 is similar to round 4, but with a sequence of a corner, then a side, then another side.&nbsp; Begin with a chain 4, and in the first space work 2 dc, chain 1, then 3 dc all in the same space.&nbsp; In the next space, to work the hexagon side, chain 1, then work 3 dc in next space. In the next space, chain 1, then work 3 dc.&nbsp; Keep going in this manner, working a corner of two &#8220;clusters&#8221; then a side of 1 cluster, then a side of 1 cluster (each cluster being separated by a chain 1).&nbsp; Join with a slip stitch to close.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;trebuchet ms&quot; , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">Repeat round 5 (each subsequent round you make will have an extra side as your hexagon grows) until your hexagon is a large as you like (see important sizing information below to be sure your hexagon is made according to your personal measurements)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;trebuchet ms&quot; , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">You can work your stripes how you like&#8230;I did mine in this sequence:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"background-color: white; color: black;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;trebuchet ms&quot; , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">3 rounds gray<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;trebuchet ms&quot; , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">3 rounds aqua<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;trebuchet ms&quot; , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">3 round celery and repeat!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;trebuchet ms&quot; , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">Then just repeat instructions above to make the second hexagon!&nbsp; Be sure to also mimic color striping order for the second hexagon to match.&nbsp; They will be seamed side by side, so matching color striping will give a neat &#8220;mirror image&#8221; look when finished.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;trebuchet ms&quot; , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">Note: When you complete your hexagon, it will look somewhat ruffled, like this:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fiberfluxblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/landandseahexagonshape.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">This is completely normal and is supposed to look like this, when you fold it (see below) if will flatten out perfectly!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;trebuchet ms&quot; , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">OK, let&#8217;s talk about sizing!&nbsp; You&#8217;ll need to measure from the base of your neck to your wrist to get an approximate estimate of your hexagon.&nbsp; Then fold a hexagon so it looks like this:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fiberfluxblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/landandseafolddiagram.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"356\" src=\"https:\/\/fiberfluxblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/landandseafolddiagram.jpg\" class=\"wp-image-7818\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;trebuchet ms&quot; , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">If you&#8217;re having trouble getting your fold to look like this, I highly recommend the video where I&#8217;ll walk you through it!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;trebuchet ms&quot; , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">Now measure as shown below and compare with the measurements you took of yourself.&nbsp; Add more rounds as needed.&nbsp; Note:&nbsp; If you&#8217;d like your sweater on the slouchy side, add additional rounds beyond your measurements.&nbsp; I did that and I loved the way it looked&#8230;so comfy!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;trebuchet ms&quot; , sans-serif; font-size: large;\">Tip:&nbsp; You can use clothespins (or chip clips like I did!!) to temporarily &#8220;seam&#8221; it together&#8230;this will allow you to slip it on to get a real idea of the fit and how it will actually feel while wearing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fiberfluxblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/landandseameasurementdiagram.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em;
